Assessment Tax
- To deliver assessment tax to property owners latest by 21 February (first ½ of the year) and 21 July (second ½ of the year).
- To provide feedback for applications within 14 days.
- To handle objections within 1 month.
- To process transfer of ownership of properties in 7 days provided that document is complete and no outstanding tax.

To accept all payment from the public in no more than 10 minutes with the condition that:-
- Payment is sufficient.
- Required document is presented.

To make payment to suppliers within 14 days with the condition that:-
- Claim is complete.
- Supporting document is complete.
