OSC Customer Charter

To simultaneously process applications for Build Then Sell Concept, High Impact Projects and Foreign Investments as well as government projects within the period of 4 to 6 months from the date complete application is received.

To process applications simultaneously for Sell Then Build within 6 months from the date complete application is received.
- To ensure applications for planning proposal received at One Stop Centre are processed in no more than the period stated by the Ministry of Housing and Local Authority according to the following types of applications:-
