DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING

  1. Application for Closed Extension/Renovation Approval

    Application for approval for open extensions and renovations and minor renovations will be approved within a period of no more than 7 working days from the date the application letter is received with the condition that:-

    • Complete document and plan are submitted.
    • Fee is paid.
    • iii. All requirements of section 14(1) and (2) Uniform Building By-laws 1984 are met.

  2. Application for Closed Extension/Renovation Approval

    Application for approval for closed extensions and renovations will be approved within a period of no more than 30 days from the date the application letter is received with the condition that:-

    • Document and plan is submitted by a Registered Draftsman.
    • Fee is paid.

  3. Application for Equivalent Plan Approval

    Application for the Approval of Equivalent Plan will be approved within 7 working days from the date the application letter is received with the condition that the fee is paid.

  4. Application for Repairing Property Damage Jerantut District Council

    • Complaints about damages on Jerantut District Council's properties will be investigated within 3 working days and further action will be taken according to the current condition and requirements within a period of 3 months.
    • Feedback on complaints will be given to customers within 3 working days.
